Who:Wrestlers with 0-3 yrs experience. Designed for ages 5-16. If you are a beginner or just need to work on the basics, this is the camp for you.
Goals:
•Develop muscle memory and reinforce basic skills in all positions.
•Build confidence in each wrestlers’ individual abilities
Format:
•Focus on foundation drills, fixing common mistakes and repetition of core techniques.
•Live sessions
•Fun wrestling games
What to Bring: Lunch, wrestling shoes, & water or sports drink.
